Accommodation is committed to safeguarding your privacy while visiting the Site. Our goal is to provide you with an Internet experience that delivers the information, resources and services that are most relevant to you. To achieve this goal, part of the operation of the Site includes the gathering of information about Site users.

What type of information do we collect?

This Privacy Policy covers two types of information gathered by the Accommodation through different means: personal information and non-personal information. The term "Personal Information" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person that you voluntarily provide in connection with the Accommodation services or the use of the Site. Personal Information that we obtain includes your name, e-mail address and phone number.

The term "Non-Personal Information" refers to other information we collect about your activity on the Site. Our Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the Internet or stored in our databases and will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.

Finally, we may share your Personal Information when we, in good faith, believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, a court order or a subpoena. We may also disclose your information to prevent or investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; to protect the security of this Site; to protect our own rights or property or the rights, property or safety of our users or others.

If you do not expressly disagree to these transfer of your Personal Information, we will assume that you have consented such transfer.

How do we communicate with you as a site visitor?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your booking request, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone and text messages.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

To enable features at the Site, Accommodation may assign one or more "cookies" to your Internet browser. Cookies, among other things, speed navigation through our Site, keep track of information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our Site, and may provide you with customized content. Use of the Site signifies your consent, as well as the consent of the company for whom you use the Site and whose information you submit (if any), to this Privacy Policy, including the collection and use of information by Accommodation, as described in this statement, and also signifies agreement to the terms of use for the Site. Continued access and use of the Site relieves Accommodation from responsibility to the user thereto.
